Clause 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Term	Definition
"Platform"	The beatjili website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible via the beatjili domain.
"Player" / "you"	Any individual who has registered an account on beatjili and uses the Platform to access games, sports betting, or Wallet services.
"Account"	The unique personal account registered by a Player on beatjili, identified by a username and secured by a password chosen at registration.
"Wallet"	The beatjili in-platform balance system denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), through which deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are managed.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or reward granted to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed and as part of ongoing regulatory compliance.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory from which access to or use of beatjili is restricted, including jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
"Taka" / "৳"	Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency used for all transactions on beatjili.
"Game Rules"	The individual rules, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and betting limits applicable to each specific game available on the Platform.
"Self-Exclusion"	A voluntary restriction applied to a Player's Account at their own request, preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or statutory provision includes any subordinate legislation made under it. The word "including" means "including without limitation".

Clause 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on beatjili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. beatjili is an adults-only platform. We do not permit access by any person under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual person, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from beatjili or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily (self-exclusion) or by operator action.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of beatjili, nor a close family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been granted by beatjili management.

2.2 Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete the beatjili registration form accurately and in full, providing true, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to notify beatjili promptly of any changes to the information provided at registration.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on beatjili. If we detect or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player holds more than one account — whether using the same identity, different identities, the same device, overlapping payment methods, or shared network connections — we reserve the right to suspend all associated accounts without prior notice, forfeit all balances, and cancel any pending bonus or withdrawal requests. The Player will be notified of the action taken.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

beatjili may at any time, and shall always prior to processing any withdrawal, require a Player to complete identity verification (KYC). Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used. beatjili reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the period specified in the verification request may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.

Clause 3

Account Obligations & Security

3.1 Player Responsibilities

As a registered Player, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. beatjili will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify beatjili immediately at support@beatjili. beatjili will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or where you have willfully shared your details with a third party.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided to beatjili — at registration, during KYC, and at any other time — is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information, including misrepresenting your age or identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.4 Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and browser are compatible with the beatjili Platform. beatjili is optimised for use on 4G/LTE mobile networks and modern mobile browsers. beatjili is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures on your device or network, including disconnections during live game sessions or in-play betting periods.

Clause 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

beatjili currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• bKash — Mobile financial service. Deposits and withdrawals supported.
• Nagad — Mobile financial service. Deposits and withdrawals supported.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. Deposits and withdrawals supported.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet. Deposits and withdrawals supported.

beatjili reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time. The current list of available methods is displayed in the Wallet section of the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by beatjili, though individual payment method providers may apply their own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your beatjili Wallet in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. beatjili does not charge any platform fee on deposits. You must only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, beatjili may require completion of KYC verification. beatjili targets a processing time of 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, though processing times may be longer during periods of high platform activity or where additional verification is required. beatjili does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Wallet Balance

Your beatjili Wallet balance represents the total of your real-money funds available for wagering and withdrawal. Bonus credits are tracked separately and are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 5. Wallet balances do not accrue interest. beatjili is not a bank or financial institution and your Wallet balance does not constitute a deposit with any regulated financial body.

4.5 Refunds and Chargebacks

All deposits made to beatjili are final once confirmed. Requests for refunds will only be considered in cases of demonstrable technical error resulting in duplicate charges. Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting beatjili support constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action to recover funds.

Clause 5

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

beatjili offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty programme credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they were granted, as published on the Platform at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus credits awarded on beatjili are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus play will not count towards wagering requirements. beatjili reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

beatjili operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other Players to artificially generate wagering activity; or any other conduct reasonably considered by beatjili to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, beatjili reserves the right to confiscate all bonus credits and associated winnings and to close the Player's account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

beatjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already qualified, beatjili will honour the bonus on the terms applicable at the time of qualification, provided the Player has not violated any of the bonus terms.

Clause 6

Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The games and betting markets available on beatjili are subject to change without notice. beatjili cannot guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, live dealer table, or sports betting market at any given time. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

All game outcomes on beatjili are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by our game studio partners — Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of trained dealers in professionally managed studio environments. Game results displayed on the Platform are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on beatjili's servers, the server record shall be definitive.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on beatjili. These limits are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant betting market page. beatjili reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific Players at its discretion, including where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.4 Void Bets and Technical Errors

beatjili reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the event of a technical malfunction, data feed error, incorrect odds publication, or any other error that materially affects the integrity of the wager. Where bets are voided, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. beatjili is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures outside its reasonable control, including third-party network outages or game studio server disruptions.

6.5 Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets

beatjili offers sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international ODIs and Test matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and hockey. In-play betting is available on selected markets. All sports betting is subject to the specific rules of the market as published on the Platform, including rules on match abandonment, weather interruptions, and player injury. The settlement of sports bets will be based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). beatjili's decisions on bet settlement are final.

Clause 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on beatjili. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, recovery of any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on beatjili, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports betting.
• Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or communication channels; using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to generate wagering activity or gain an advantage in any game.
• Money Laundering: Using beatjili for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, the proceeds of crime, or the financing of terrorism. beatjili cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
• Bonus Abuse: Any conduct designed to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended scope, as further described in Clause 5.3.
• Third-Party Deposits: Depositing funds from a payment account that is not registered in your own name, or receiving funds from a third party for the purpose of wagering on beatjili.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access beatjili if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

Clause 8

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your beatjili account at any time by contacting our support team at support@beatjili. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Wallet balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts subject to active self-exclusion cannot be closed until the self-exclusion period expires, except where permanent self-exclusion has been selected.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by beatjili

beatjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from the Player's payment provider.
• Determination that the Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that the Player is under 18 years of age.
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

8.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach

Where beatjili closes an account due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse — beatjili reserves the right to forfeit the entire Wallet balance, including both real-money funds and any bonus credits. beatjili may also seek to recover any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct by offsetting amounts against any outstanding balances or through legal proceedings where warranted.

8.4 Appeals

If you believe your account has been closed or suspended in error, you may submit a written appeal to support@beatjili within 30 days of receiving notice of the closure or suspension. beatjili will review all appeals and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of beatjili following an appeal review is final.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with beatjili support will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the applicable courts. beatjili's decisions on game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus terms, as exercised in good faith in accordance with these Terms, are final and not subject to legal challenge on the grounds of commercial disagreement alone.
